1. Payment: We accept Bank Deposit/ Bank Cheque/ Money Order. All payments have to reach us within 7 days after order has received. We reserve the right to re-list the item thereafter.

Please make sure the postal address is correct, we will not liable for postal lost caused by incorrect & invalid address provided. No local pick-up service. We will check all items thoroughly before shipping and will pack it securely with protective material to protect the item. Handling fees of AU$1(including gift box) will be added to shipping.
   
3. Combined Shipping: 1st item: $7, 2nd: $4, 3rd: item $2. If you order more than 5 items, each item charged for $2.

5. Return / Refund:

• All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition. If the item doesn't match the discriptions, please inform us within 2 days upon receipt of item otherwise the items cannot be refunded or returned. We will deliver a new item or refund with an electronic gift voucher if the stock is out (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).
  
• Customer is responsible for all return shipment cost.
  
• Returned items must include the original packaging and accessories.
