We accept Bank Deposit/ Bank Cheque/ Money Order/ PayPal. All payments have to reach us within 7 days after order has received. We reserve the right to re-list the item thereafter.
Shipping:
Only accept Australia transactions. All are registered post. We will ship your item within 48 hours after receiving full payment. The transit time will depends on the location. Mostly the transit time will be, Victoria: 2-3 days. NSW, SA, ACT, WA: 3-5 days. QLD or TAS: 5 days or more. *These are only for main cities, if you live in an outskirt area, then it may take a longer time. If you don't receive the parcel within 7 days after confirming your payment, please email us at sales@elegantesmb.com or dial 0421 667 086.
Please make sure the postal address is correct, we will not liable for postal lost caused by incorrect & invalid address provided. No local pick-up service. We will check all items thoroughly before shipping and will pack it securely with protective material to protect the item.
Handling fees of AU$1(including gift pouch) will be added to shipping.
Combined Shipping:
1st item: $7, 2nd item : $5, 3rd: $4, 4th: $3 If you order more than 5 items, each item charged for $2.
Packaging: Come with a dark brown gift pouch for each item.
Return / Refund:
All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition. If the item doesn't match the discriptions, please inform us within 2 days upon receipt of item otherwise the items cannot be refunded or returned. We will deliver a new item or refund with an electronic gift voucher if the stock is out (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). Customer is responsible for all return shipment cost. Returned items must include the original packaging and accessories.
The payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. If we cannot find replacement, we will refund you with a ELECTRONIC GIFT VOUCHER with the same amount of your previous payment.
Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
Gift Voucher is valid only for 12 months from the date of issue.
